Metal Horizon

Inspired by antique jewelry and raw aesthetics, this unique creation stands out for its elemental design.

Silver, crafted into a continuous, folded band, serves as a setting for a turquoise with intense hues.

This ring is designed for the free spirit, a modern totem that combines the power of hammered metal with the serenity of the blue stone.

Geologic Collection - Sterling Silver and Turquoise Rings

Material: 925 Sterling Silver

Stone: Turquoise (1.5 carats)

Weight: 7.4 grams

A single silver plate, a single movement.

This Krasy Stone ring embodies radical simplicity.

The metal is simply folded back on itself, revealing the lines of force and the tension of the material.

At the top, a turquoise adds a touch of the sky to this sterling silver design.

A unique piece that proves that simplicity is the ultimate expression of character.

Geology, a science whose primary object of study is the Earth, encompasses multiple disciplines. Anthony Barrouyer's ring collection, associated with this theme, also presents a style of jewelry, with a common spirit but distinct characteristics. The rings, pendants, and bracelets are made of solid silver (925/1000 fineness) sometimes combined with gold (750/1000 fineness), with or without precious or semi-precious stones. For some designs, the aesthetic created by the use of angles, hollows, and openings in the metal evokes the appearance of rocky landscapes, cliffs, and rugged crevices, marked by the erosion of time.

Sometimes, the striations in the ring's metal recall the superposition of geological sedimentary layers found in rocks. Other pieces of jewelry in 925/1000 silver and 750/1000 gold evoke volcanism, and more specifically, the appearance of volcanic rocks after an eruption, such as scoria. The metals appear to have fused, melted, or even exploded under the effect of extreme heat.

Pendants from the Krazy Stones collection evoke plate tectonics, with the layering of different pieces of 925/1000 silver creating a geometric yet asymmetrical style.

Finally, other pieces, each unique, reference speleology, specifically stalactites and stalagmites, which form and evolve in caves. Their shapes are irregular, elongated, and sometimes they seem to converge to form columns.

As you can see, the Geologic Collection is a visual journey, a raw and distinctive style where the aesthetics of the jewelry highlight the physical history of our complex and mysterious planet.
