Héphaïstos Stones Collection
To create this solid 925/1000 silver ring (9.6 grams), I used the lost wax casting technique.
The plate measures 1.4 x 0.9 cm with a simple appearance but with intricate and harmonious shaping and finishes.
The silver is patinated and aged, enhancing the effect of the final hammering.
You can see that the metal has been roughened, but the polishing gives it a soft shape with unique reflections.
I entirely sculpted it in wax using only a saw as a tool to then cast it in silver.
Before applying the patina to give my work even more relief, I hammered it.
