Héphaïstos Stones Collection
To create this solid 925/1000 silver ring (10.8 grams), I used the lost-wax casting technique.
The base measures 1.5 x 1.6 cm, with a simple appearance but intricately crafted and harmonious finishes.
The silver has a patina and an aged finish, reinforcing the effect of the final hammering.
You can see that the metal has been brutalized, but the polishing gives it a soft shape with unique reflections.
I sculpted it entirely in wax using only a saw to cast it in silver.
Before applying the patina, to give my work even more depth, I hammered it.

Uniqueness enhanced by the blackened patina applied on the sterling silver 925/1000 that gradually fades over time. Living, the jewel will reveal areas where the shiny aspect of the metal will reassert itself.
