Since 1858, our family has worked with metal in Carpentras. Today, I continue this tradition by freeing silver from its conventional forms. This ring is a true sculpture to wear: a sterling silver body with taut lines and hollowed sides, evoking the natural erosion of rock by the elements.
A stone of character
The turquoise chosen for this creation is exceptional for its elongated shape and complex pattern. Its deep blue is flecked with traces of black rock (the matrix), reminiscent of the nocturnal landscapes of our mountains. Set organically, it seems to become one with the silver, as if the metal had fused around the stone as it emerged from the stone. The forge.
